Qualitative Market Research

For Newton-Evans Research, the role of qualitative research is critical for our clients.  Typically this somewhat less formal approach to research studies is conducted by interviewing industry thought leaders from the community of suppliers, utilities and technical consulting firms that are potential users or providers of related technology solutions.  The notion of trying to uncover hidden issues with current technology, current practices and procedures, related to T&D equipment and systems is fundamental.  Newton-Evans’ uses its wide range of industry contacts to discuss such issues in person, over the phone and occasionally, via focus groups.
